Oman’s OPWP seeks legal, commercial and financial advisors

Oman Power and Water Procurement Company SAOC (OPWP), the member of Nama Group who is responsible for the procurement of new electricity generating capacity and water in the Sultanate of Oman, has recently published a Request for Proposals for financial and commercial advisory services and for legal advisory services for the development of the power 2021 procurement cycle.

OPWP seeks proposals from interested bidders to provide competitive tendering for this two advisory services to secure an economic expansion of the power capacity to meet future demand in 2021 and beyond. This procurement will be through using the current established procurement process and contract structure.

Both tender documents will be available for purchase from the offices of OPWP effective from 13th March 2016 to 24th March 2016.

The interested bidders must submit their proposals before 21 April 2016 at 11.00 hrs (Gulf Standard time).
