Infravia sells solar projects in the Caribbean

Genergies Group has signed the acquisition of Soley Energy, a company with 9 photovoltaic plants of 8 MW, all commissioned in 2012 in Guadeloupe and Martinique, from InfraVia. 

The Genergies Group owns, through its power generation subsidiary Genak, 100% of the company Soley Energy.

In the transaction InfraVia was advised by De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and the Group Genergies by Edulis Corporate Management and the firm Ravetto & Associates.

Andrés Meziere, President and founder of Genergies Group said:
