Herbert Smith Freehills appoints Graeme Gamble as a partner

Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) has boosted its Asia Pacific practice with the appointment of Graeme Gamble as a partner in its global energy group.

Graeme will be based in the firm’s Perth office and will commence on 11 May 2015.

Graeme is an energy lawyer with considerable expertise in all aspects of the LNG value chain. Graeme has strong relationships with some of the leading oil and gas companies in the Asia Pacific region and has advised on a number of significant LNG trades between Australia, Asia, the US and Europe.

Herbert Smith Freehills Global Head of Corporate, Mike Ferraro stated:

Graeme joins the firm from Ashurst. Prior to that he was Senior Legal Counsel at Centrica Energy in the UK.
