Hannon Armstrong raises US$103.5 million in public offering

Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc.has announced the closing of its public offering of 5,750,000 shares of common stock at a price of $18.00 per share (US$103.5 million in total). 

This amount includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares of common stock.

Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint book-running managers while Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated and Roth Capital Partners, LLC are acting as co-managers. Clifford Chance US LLP is acting as legal advisor for the offering.

Hannon Armstrong provides debt and equity financing to the energy efficiency and renewable energy markets. The company focuses on providing preferred or senior level capital to established sponsors and high credit quality obligors for assets that generate long-term, recurring and predictable cash flows.
