Predirec EnR 2030, an euro bond fund dedicated to renewable energy infrastructure investment and operated by Acofi Gestion, will finance French solar portfolio with a total output of 82 MWp. The financing will cover a portfolio of 154 photovoltaic stations amounting €25 million (US$27.7 million) over 5 years.
These photovoltaic plants, located in the South of France represent a total capacity of about 82 MWp. Their annual production of 92 GWh corresponds to the electricity consumption of 22,000 French households. These projects, were carried out by the French developer Fonroche
Additionally, International law firm Watson Farley & Williams has advised Acofi Gestion, in respect of €12.5 million refinancing, by its fund Predirect EnR 2030, of five wind farms located in northern France which had been developed by Valorem and together have a combined output capacity of 55 MW.
This was the first operation carried out by Predirec EnR 2030. This fund is intended to meet the needs of players in the wind and solar energy sectors for periods ranging from five to fifteen years and already has €45m at its disposal.
