European Energy A/S signs agreement with PFA Pension for sale of portfolio of solar PV plants in the UK

European Solar Farms A/S, a subsidiary of European Energy A/S, has signed a conditional agreement concerning the sale of 3 solar PV plants located in the United Kingdom to PFA Infrastruktur Holding ApS, a subsidiary of PFA Pension. 

The 3 solar PV plants have a combined installed capacity of 14.75 MW. The agreement includes an option for an additional 3 solar PV plants which, if exercised, will bring the size of the transaction to a total of 29.36 MW installed capacity.

The agreement is conditional upon the satisfaction of a number of customary conditions precedent, including the solar PV plants receiving formal confirmation of the applicable feed-in-tariff. Completion of the sale will contribute positively to European Energy A/S' financial position.
