ENEVA announces changes in its management structure

?ENEVA has announced that, considering the resignations of the officers Fabio Bicudo and Frank Possmeier, the Board of Directors of the company approved changes in the company management structure.

Alexander Americano, who served as legal and regulatory director, will take seat as the company’s CEO. Ricardo Levy, former Chief Financial Officer, will be Vice-President and Investor Relations Director.

Fabio Bicudo was invited by the controlling shareholders of the company to assume the position of chairman of the Board of Directors, to be elected on an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting. Frank Possmeier will take over the position as Managing Director at E.ON Brasil Ltd. and thereby continue supporting the company in his new position.

In addition, three members of the Board of Directors have left their positions: Luiz do Amaral de França Pereira, Adriano Castello Branco Gonçalves and Luiz Fernando Vendramini Fleury. New members of the Board of Directors of ENEVA shall be elected at the extraordinary general meeting, which shall be convened in the next few days.
