Cypress Creek Renewables announces acquisition of North Carolina-Based FLS Energy

Cypress Creek Renewables has announced the acquisition of North Carolina-Based solar energy engineering, construction and procurement firm, FLS Energy.

FLS projects will help grow the Cypress Creek portfolio by adding 350 megawatts of operational projects and a near-term pipeline of 600 megawatts.

FLS Energy has the capacity tot take a project from conception to commissioning and offers complete in-house system design, engineering, construction, financing and turnkey project development.

The firm stated in a press relesed:

These gains will help further establish Cypress Creek as the nation’s leading developer, builder, owner and operator of distributed utility solar.
