As a result of the transaction, CHORUS will be in charge of the asset management for eleven wind parks with a total output of approx. 120 megawatts (MW). The parties have agreed not to disclose any details of the purchase price.
Holger Götze, COO of Capital Stage AG, stated:
“By taking over another 120 MW, we continue to expand our asset management operations as planned. The latest acquisition will increase the portfolio managed by the Capital Stage Group for investors to over 400 megawatts.”
