Capital Stage AG acquires additional wind installations in Germany

The Hamburg-based solar and wind park operator Capital Stage has announced it has acquired five additional wind installations in Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-West Pomerania with a total generation capacity of nearly 17 MW.

All five installations have already been connected to the grid and benefit from a guaranteed feed-in tariff for 20 years each. The secured feed-in rate is between €-Cent 8.08 and €-Cent 8.90 per kilowatt-hour. The wind installations are equipped with turbines of the renowned manufacturers Vestas and General Electric.

The total investment volume for the wind parks, including loans in relation to the projects, will be approximately €39.6 million (US$47 million).

In total the newly acquired wind installations achieve a total generation capacity of nearly 17 MW and from their first full year of operation will generate revenue in the amount of some €3.65 million (US$4.33 million).

Following the most recent acquisitions, the total generation capacity of the Capital Stage AG wind park portfolio has increased to approximately 550 MW.
