Baker Botts Adds New Energy, Infrastructure and Construction Partner in London

Baker Botts LLP, a major United States-based international full-service law firm, has announced that Stuart Jordan has joined the firm’s London office as a partner in the Global Projects Group.

The Global Projects Group at Baker Botts is composed of lawyers skilled in various complementary practices that offer the range of legal skills for energy and infrastructure projects and transactions around the world.

Mr. Jordan’s practice focuses on the oil, gas, power, transport, petrochemical, nuclear and construction industries. His work has also centered on professional appointments, technology licenses, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and concession agreements.

He has extensive experience in the Middle East, Russia and the UK. Mr. Jordan joins the firm from King Wood & Mallesons. He graduated from London’s Guildhall University with a Bachelor of Laws in 1998.
