Arise sells 12MW Ryssbol wind farm

Arise has signed an agreement with KumBro Vind AB for the sale of the 12 MW Ryssbol wind farm project in Sweden.

The wind farm consists of six wind turbines with a combined output of 12 MW.

The parties have also concluded a management agreement under which Arise will manage and monitor the operation of the facility on behalf of KumBro. The deal is contingent on approval from the owners of KumBro Vind AB.

Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2015 with commissioning and handover after about 12 months later.

Under the agreement, Arise will build and deliver a complete turnkey wind farm to KumBro Vind AB.
