PNE Italia is the Italian subsidiary of the PNE Group, a renewable energy developer. It focuses primarily on photovoltaic (solar) energy projects in Italy. The company has been active in the Italian renewables market since 2007, originally developing wind energy projects and later shifting its focus to solar. The company operates in Italy with offices in Rome and Milan, and is part of the broader PNE Group’s global network of renewable energy experts. PNE Italia (formerly WKN Italia) has developed and implemented wind projects with a total capacity of around 220 MW over the years and has since established a pipeline of more than 800 MW of solar projects across Italy.
