In 2010, Hitachi Zosen Corporation, one of Japan's largest industrial and engineering firms and a longstanding partner and licensee of Von Roll Inova, acquired the company. 

With nearly 90 years of experience, HZI has a rich history in building and maintaining plants. The company collaborates with clients to develop projects and leverages its expertise as a general engineering, procurement, and construction contractor to deliver complex turnkey plants and system solutions. These solutions encompass thermal and biological WtE recovery, gas upgrading, and power to gas.
