As at 30 June 2013, Hastings had A$7.2 billion in funds under management, with an asset portfolio predominantly comprising utilities, airports, toll roads and seaports in Australia, UK, Europe and USA. Hastings has participated in 40 equity transactions and over 50 infrastructure debt transactions over the past 19 years including privatisations, PPPs, secondary market transactions and follow-on investments.
