GNPower Ltd. Co.

GNPower Ltd. Co. (GNPower) is a private limited partnership organized and established in 1997 by PMR Holding Corp. (as sole general partner) and PMR Limited Co. (as a limited partner) to develop, operate and own power generation projects and associated facilities in the Philippines. In 2002, Power Partners Ltd. Co. (Power Partners) became the sole general partner and PMR Holding Corp. became the sole limited partner of GNPower. In June 2014, the ownership structure of GNPower was restructured and since then, the sole general partner of GNPower is GNPower Holdings GP Corporation (owned and controlled by Power Partners) while Power Partners is the sole limited partner.
