EOS Investment Management (EOS IM)

EOS Investment Management Ltd (EOS IM) is an independent full-scope Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM), authorized under the UK law by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority). EOS IM has its headquarter in London and strong presence in Italy and Luxembourg.  EOS IM manages closed-end alternative investment funds, in compliance with the AIFM Directive, structured mainly as a SICAV-SIF under Luxembourg law. EOS IM is authorized by the FCA and CSSF (Luxembourg authority) to act as AIFM of Fysis Fund SICAV-SIF, an investment fund incorporated under Luxemburg Law on January 2014. 

The main areas of investment are: 

• Private Equity: majority and qualified minority equity deals, as well as preferred debt deals on European, mainly Italian, SMEs. 
• Energy: characterized by a strong investment track record and high knowledge of the renewable market. 
• Fund of Funds: targets investments in the “Real Economy”, in particular Infrastructure, Private Equity (SMEs) and Private Debt. 
• Private Debt: invests in Italian SMEs with international-scale business through investments in medium-term debt instruments (e.g. “mini-bonds”).
