Established in 1969, the company commenced production in 1975 at its primary facility located in Nag Hammadi, approximately 100 kilometers north of Luxor. This strategic location was chosen due to its proximity to the High Dam Power Transformers Station, the port of Safaga, and the availability of abundant manpower.
